A ten story 1916 landmark building in Downtown Jackson was completely gutted and renovated with all new mechanical, heating, cooling, electrical and apartment buildouts.
Bert Walker Hall
Renovation of the existing 1971 building with all new HVAC systems and a 12,000 square foot addition. The project creates a new student center and welcoming "front door" to Jackson College..
Ludington Building
The latest expansion of Albion College houses a variety of college programs, including learning spaces and technology labs with all new mechanicals by Applegate Heating and Air Conditioning.

- State-of-the-art fabrication facility equipped with automated coil lines, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and related equipment
- Ability to cut and process galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum up to ¼” thick into all required ductwork configurations
- Spiral and oval ductwork fabricated in-house for quality control and schedule reliability
- Strong commitment to safety, with an EMR of 0.76 in 2023 and 0.74 in 2024
