Applegate Heating & Air Conditioning recently completed the installation of several heating and air conditioning units that will provide the new American 1 Credit Union Event Center with state of the art climate control.  Applegate is the region’s leader in providing equipment, controls and service designed to deliver and maintain industry-leading performance with less energy and lower environmental impact in buildings of all sizes.

The new American 1 Credit Union Event Center building is under construction at James J. Keeley Park, home of the Jackson County Fair in downtown Jackson, Michigan. The new multi-use event and convention center, on the southeast corner of the property, is a 35,000 square feet building, including a 20,000 square foot event space, a public meeting room, a concourse, a catering kitchen, and offices.

Applegate Heating & Air Conditioning is providing and installing the following: One - 7 ½ ton, One - 5 ton, Six - 25 ton, and Two- 27 ½ ton Carrier rooftop heating/air conditioning units, along with Five - 5 ton Carrier condensing units and 5 Carrier furnaces.

The American 1 Event Center is scheduled to open in Spring 2020.
