Applegate Heating and Air Conditioning delivered and installed a new custom rooftop HVAC unit at Henry Ford Allegiance Health this winter.  Henry Ford Allegiance Health is constructing a new three-story, 59,000 square-feet Patient Tower above the Henry Ford Allegiance Heart & Vascular Center. Construction on the $45 million project began in February 2017, by the Christman Group. Completion is expected in mid-2018.

The unit Applegate Heating and Air Conditioning customized and installed will provide multi-zone heating, cooling, and ventilation.  The technology represents the industry standard in meeting commercial building comfort needs.

Dedicated digital controls enable the use of building management systems to allow for efficient operation and system monitoring to ensure performance to design.
